
One of the challenges in selling real estate is answering the perpetual question – “Where should I spend my time today?”.
The challenge is not being busy, the challenge is being busy doing the right things. Here’s a great way to answer that question.…
Start by asking yourself this question:
“If I was getting out of business at the end of this month – if I was going to stop selling real estate altogether… Who would I contact? Who would I be in touch with to make a sale before the deadline?”
Your answer will make it very clear as to who you need to contact and who you will not be calling. Make it easy on yourself – focus on your best leads first. After you have covered those opportunities…then, and only then…follow-up on your other leads. Next month, ask yourself the same question and follow the same procedure. NO Excuses.
