What’s on Your Plate?

THE BIG BUFFET…In Real Estate Sales there is a multitude of lead sources available. It is like a buffet… you get to pick what you want to put on your plate… there certainly is no shortage of choices. The buffet offers:

1. Past Clients

2. Your Centers of Influence

3. FSBO's… for sale by owner

4. Expireds

5. Old Leads                                                                                                                                                                          

6. Old Expireds

7. Internet Leads

8. Open House Leads

9. Calling around Just Listed/Just Solds

10. Ad Calls & Sign Calls

11. etc., etc., etc.

There are more than just these examples, these are the main ones. So now we come to the big question… "DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS?". If the answer is NO then you have to look at this question… "what is on my plate?". The reality is there are plenty of options  available at the buffet table. The real issue is…Am I being too choosy? Am I passing up on some of the "food" because they are not my favorites and as a result ending up hungry!?? If you are tired of being "hungry" then go back to the "buffet" and make more choices. There is no shortage of opportunity, let your taste buds be more opportunistic. Pick a new one and gobble it up… you will probably find that it tastes great! NO Excuses.
