If you want your customers to stay loyal to you, make sure you are offering them two critical features on an ongoing basis:
1. You are staying in touch personally every 90 days. If you’re not prepared to do that than take them off your list.
2. You are offering them added value information when you connect. This cements the value they see you bringing to them.
Keep reminding your customers and your centres of influence why you are the “go to person” for their real estate needs. By doing so you can expect a minimum 10% return every year. Build that all-important LOYALTY. NO Excuses.
