It is a critical strategy right now to focus on taking listings. Any chance that you’re not getting as many listings as you want? Here’s three things that as a real estate Coach I’m seeing that you can do about that…
1. The first one is lead follow up:
Typically lead follow up isn’t happening as frequently as it should. Here’s an “acid test” question…“Do you lose more business because you over-call, or because you under-call?” It’s always that you don’t call enough. Put it in your schedule daily.
2. The second item is your marketing plan. Does your marketing plan actually outline how you are different from the competition? What is it you do that’s special? Can you confidently show and tell the answer to “why you?”
3. Number three is that when you’re doing your listing presentation, you’re off script, You’re sort of rambling, and you really don’t have an agenda to follow that says clearly what I’ve got to accomplish.
