To “Team” or not to “Team”? How to do it right…
Had a couple of inquiries lately about building a team. Had a couple of other inquiries lately about how do I Coach my team? How do I make it work? We work with teams all the time. I’ve been doing it for years.
Team success is not easy. At the same time, it’s simple. And I’m going to show you a plan on how you can do this. So, if you want to build a team, I can help you set up the structure. I can help you set up the job descriptions for the people on the team, and I can show you how to add people to your team and hold them accountable so they’re producing.
And what is all this about? Now we’re leveraging you. So we’re leveraging you and multiplying you so that what you’re really good at gets done at a higher level. So here’s a couple of thoughts for you.
