2. Critical Point #1: get up at the same time every morning (regardless what time you went to bed!).
3. Do the most difficult tasks first. Get them out of the way before the "Excuse Family" arrives.
4. Critical Point #2: Eliminate All the Options… say NO to every possible interruption.
5. Commit to Growth and Accountability… get someone to hold your "feet to the fire (how about an experienced Coach with proven results?).
