WHO TO PICK?…the Coaching Business has grown dramatically in the last decade. It’s probably not going to go away. If you were going to hire a Coach to help you with your Sales Business, how would you decide on the right individual? Who would you pick? How to pick the right Coach?

Simple Criteria for selecting the right Coach:
1. Do they have extensive experience in the Sales Business? Have they actually done what they will be teaching you or have they just read about it in a book?
2. Do they understand who you are and how you want to do business? The best Coaches are the most Versatile Coaches. They must be able to Coach you on WHO you are and adapt a strategy to your best skills… not something out of a sales manual that somebody else wrote!
3. Do they have a successful track record in the Coaching field? Beware…the Coaching field is littered with a multitude of wannabes who gravitated there because nothing else was working out.

Bottom Line… pick someone who knows what they’re doing, knows how to do it, and most important of all… is capable of working with who you are and helping you capitalize on your strong points. In other words, creating the best possible version of you. Here’s my definition… “A great Coach is someone who will let not let you settle for what you think is your best”. Your job is to be sure you don’t “settle” when choosing your Coach. A great Coach should not cost you money…they should make you money!
NO Excuses.
