“BUYER FOR YOUR AREA” Script
(over the phone or at the door)
Good Morning, my name is __________ and I’m with __________________ Real Estate. I am calling you because I have a particular Buyer who is interested in moving into your area. I was wondering who you might know in the neighbourhood that has talked about moving? (No one) No problem.
Thanks for thinking about that and let me ask you… when do you suppose you’ll be moving next? (*)Terrific!
Tell me, how long have you lived there? (*) Excellent!
How do you like the area? (*) Interesting!
I’m curious, if you were to move where would you go next? (*) That’s exciting!
And when would that be? (*) Good for you!
