5 Hot Tips for Showing Homes Effectively – Stop Wasting Time

There’s a right way and a wrong way to go about showing homes to your prospective buyers. This short recording gives you an overview of how to make the best use of your time…

Here’s a synopsis for you:

  • Do not show property unless all decision-makers are present
  • Keep them together in the house while showing
  • No more than 5 houses to be shown at one time
  • One vehicle if possible
  • Don’t over sell a house before you show it

As usual the best approach is to keep things simple. Plan your route in advance so that you are not backtracking. Ask lots of open questions (“How do you feel about this kitchen”?) and don’t forget to use “assumptive closes” along the way (“What would you do to make this home suit your family’s needs?”).

Follow this process consistently and not only will you sell more houses, you’ll do it in a lot less time! NO Excuses. Bruce
