4 Steps to Guaranteed Business – Dec. 10, 2010

THE EASY BUTTON… there is a long time, great Broker with RE/MAX in Burlington by the name of Joe Collina. He has a very simple approach to selling. Joe likens it to the red button used by the Staples Corporation for all their marketing… you know… the "Easy" Button. When I asked Joe the other day for one of his best Sales Tips, he said without blinking an eye, "I just ask everyone I know for business…that's my "Easy Button"! 

Here is your ACTION STEP… here is Joe's simple success formula to be a Superstar in Sales: 

1. Lead Generate every day. 

2. Now add everyone you find to your Sphere…to your database. 

3. Build a relationship with them via periodic phone calls and correspondence. 

4. Joe's KEY…every time you talk to them… AFR… always "ask for referrals". 

Sometimes the simplest answers are the best answers. Are you missing any of the above steps? Do you add everybody? Do you AFR everybody? Have a look at your Sales Process and see if there's anything you need to adjust. Like Joe says, "That Was Easy". NO Excuses.
