You are in the Sales Business. The package you offer starts with your physiology. There are two people who see you… your customers and yourself. It’s important to get them both right.
 
Let’s start with you first:
 
INTERNAL Validation…your physiology constantly affects your mind. It’s all about your stance, your eye contact, your breathing, your blood sugar, your hydration, your facial expression, your handshake, and the energy you give off every day. When you look good, you feel good, and you think and act like a winner. You are giving yourself validation that you deserve success.
 
EXTERNAL Validation — professional entertainers are masters of displaying an attractive physiology. People like Oprah Winfrey or talk show host Jimmy Kimmel have mastered this art. Positive physiology attracts people to you. And the acceptance from others  provides validation of the added value you bring to the Business of Real Estate Sales.
 
Conclusion:
 
How you carry yourself is how others will evaluate you BEFORE you even open your mouth. More importantly… how you carry yourself is how YOU evaluate yourself. The next time you aren’t feeling 100%, don’t give yourself a bad critique before you even get started. Instead, take a deep breath and stand a bit taller. Put some energy in your stride and change your physiology. It works every time, your mindset will go right along with it and your “people magnet” will do the rest.
 
Internal Validation + External Validation = Success. NO Excuses.
